We began by training the IE team & investigating the existing ways of making garments, worked with the trained IEs to set up 1 line, reduced the number of operations, rebalanced the line, started Roving Quality Control and got the line running!!
Established Methods & Quality Laboratory, an initiative to constantly improve the existing methods and promote RIGHT FIRST TIME…
The same module was spread in the remaining 11 lines by the trained IE personnel, reducing 4 operators in every line & increasing productivity in an excess of 40%!!!
